Fear is...

Fear is ignorance

And hatred,

Apathy

And cruelty,

Emotional

And illogical,

Primal

And premeditated

Raw to its core.

Fear is…

A blaze that consumes its victim

From within

A spontaneous combustion

That burns the body from inside out

Leaving nothing but charred limbs

And a mind that has drowned

In the flood of its own making,

Sinking to the crushing depths below

Darkness in its eternal victory

Complete.
